Insatiable

Feed me your face

so I may learn how to be-

come human, to trace

the dip of your crooked nose,

memorize the cut of your jaw

taste your cheek fuzz.

Feed me your face

let me lap the salt

from your hot skin. I will

suck your marrow dry.

I will lick you clean

of thought, will pry each

morsel of meat from your bones.

Without you, I am starving.
